Terms of Sale
1 — Scope
These terms apply to all sales made through this website.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2 — Customers
Sales are open to both:
– private individuals (B2C)
– business customers (B2B)
Business customers are not entitled to consumer withdrawal rights unless required by law.
3 — Prices and Payment

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
4 — Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5 — Right of Withdrawal (Consumers — EU)
Private customers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be:
– unused
– in original condition
– in original packaging
– complete with accessories
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6 — Return Conditions
– Returns require prior authorization.
– Products showing signs of use beyond simple inspection may be subject to reduced refund or refusal.
– Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
7 — Defective Products
If a product is defective, the customer must notify within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, repair, replacement, or refund will be provided.
Return shipping costs will be covered in such cases.
8 — Warranty
Products sold to consumers are covered by a 24-month legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU law.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity under normal use.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear.
For business customers, warranty conditions may differ and are limited to defects present at delivery.
9 — Limitation of Liability
The seller is not responsible for:
– improper installation or use
– incompatibility not verified before purchase
– damage caused by misuse
10 — Abuse Prevention
The seller reserves the right to refuse abusive returns or future orders.
11 — Privacy
Personal data is used only to process orders and provide customer service.
